Workplace Mediation

Mediation resolves a range of conflict based issues including, performance disagreement, break in communications, lack of trust or respect, disciplinary, grievance, back to work, perceived behavioural issues in the workplace.


Workshops can be tailored to individual and organisation needs but typically a two hour participative workshop to understand the nature, causes and consequences of conflict at work.

Meeting facilitation

There are some situations where a formal structured mediation process is not required. The parties just need to get together and talk through the issues, aided by an impartial facilitator.


Coaching is one-to-one facilitation aimed at developing an individual to use their skills to deal with challenges and problems arising from disagreements and conflicts in the workplace.
